BCA worked with the church in extensive planning and collective growth studies to provide a phased plan that accommodated growth in all areas of ministry without creating empty or negative use spaces in the future.

Work included a 1,200 seat interim worship center, 35,000s.f. preschool and children’s facility, and a 25,000s.f. youth building.  Future phases will consist of an auditorium with seating for 3,000, a “relational” Atrium (food court), several smaller auditoriums, and required ancillary spaces.  The design also includes the renovation of the existing 60,000 square feet worship facility for necessary ministry space.
