BCA Studios is proud to partner with Vision Hospitality Group in designing the new Element by Westin hotel at Atlanta’s Perimeter Center Campus 244 in Dunwoody.
Located amidst the dynamic 12-acre mixed-use campus, the hotel is sited to directly engage with the extensive greenspace network of Campus 244—offering guests serene views over landscaped gardens and pedestrian pathways. Urbanize Atlanta+2Vision Hospitality Group+2

The design vision for the hotel emphasises a seamless integration with the existing office and retail fabric of Campus 244. The campus, developed by The Georgetown Company and RocaPoint Partners, features 400,000 sq ft of Class A workspace, restaurants, bars and generous greenspace in a walkable setting. Within this context, the hotel building steps down to the courtyard and garden plazas of the campus, with exterior terraces and glazing oriented to capture daylight and views over the planting and outdoor amenity zones. Internally, the Element brand’s commitment to wellness, contemporary lifestyle and sustainability aligns directly with the campus environment. Features such as EV charging stations and advanced water-filtration systems speak to the eco-conscious context of the site. Hotel Management+1
